RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At KSON, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

7-Day Return & Exchange

Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Products must be unused and unworn; in original condition; free from stains, damage or signs of use; and returned with original packaging, tags and accessories, where applicable. For footwear, please try the product indoors on a clean surface.

Eligible Reasons

Returns/exchanges may be accepted for: wrong product received; manufacturing defect; eligible footwear size exchange; eligible unused product returned due to change of mind.

Non-Returnable Products

Used or worn products; customized or personalized products; products damaged after delivery; products altered or repaired by the customer; clearance/final-sale products, except where required by applicable law.

Return Shipping

For confirmed wrong or defective products, KSON will generally bear the applicable return shipping cost. For size or change-of-mind returns, return shipping may be payable by the customer.

Important

Natural variations in genuine leather, including grain, texture, colour and minor markings, are not necessarily defects.

KSON may inspect returned products before approving a return or exchange.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be made before dispatch by contacting KSON customer support. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Eligible returns can be requested after delivery according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed after cancellation approval or successful return inspection. For prepaid orders, refunds are generally made to the original payment method. For COD orders, KSON may request valid bank or UPI details for processing the refund.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may not be refundable for customer-requested returns such as change of mind or size preference.

Where KSON confirms a wrong or defective product, applicable shipping costs may be refunded or borne by KSON.

Promotional Orders

Special offers, bundles and clearance products may have additional cancellation, return or refund conditions displayed at the time of purchase. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
